In order for Engage Charlotte to consider the posting of a calendar event, the event must fall under the following categories: Business, Community, Voice, or Interact. Engage Charlotte and the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce reserve the right to review, revise, evaluate, and reject all request for calendar event postings. Submissions of calendar posting requests do not constitute an offer for services nor do they create a binding contract. Requests for calendar event postings are subject to review from the board of directors of Engage Charlotte. Calendar event postings must comply with Engage Charlotte’s By-Laws and the By-Laws of the Charlotte Chamber of Commerce. Engage Charlotte shall retain all rights in and to its name, likeness, signature, and endorsements and, whether during the term of the event posting or any extension thereof, Engage Charlotte shall not be prevented from posting other calendar events or permitting others to use its name or endorsement in connection with advertisement, and promotion of events. Organizations or persons posting events on our calendar may use Engage Charlotte’s signage, logos, and name only with the express and written approval from the Board of Directors. All advertising, promotions, and other materials in connection with the calendar event postings shall be subject to the written approval of Engage Charlotte’s Board of Directors.
