Attend our quarterly committee meetings
The Charlotte Chamber GreenWorks Committee meets quarterly. Guests are welcome and encouraged to attend. Meetings are typically offsite from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm.

2013 Meeting Dates:

February 7, 10:30 a.m., 7th Street Public Market
The agenda included the President of the North Carolina Center for Sustainability and how that group benefits business owners.

April 11, 10:30 a.m., Johnson C. Smith University
The agenda will include Sherrill Hampton discussing Johnson C. Smith University's sustainability plan and lead a tour of the community garden and aquaponic greenhouse.

The agenda includes the presentation of the Green Award nominees with a voting held after

August 27, 10:30 a.m., Airport
The agenda includes an update from Jerry Orr, Director of Charlotte-Douglas Airport, on sustainability and the airport, followed by a tour.
