One-on-One Meetings with Funding Sources Sit down for 20 minute one-on-one meetings with representatives from national and state commercial banks, community banks, credit unions and angel investors. This is an opportunity for you to hear what lenders are looking for and to discuss what it takes to get funding.
Appointments for the one-on-one meetings with funding sources will be scheduled for you by the Small Business and Technology Development Center (SBTDC) staff starting at 12:45 p.m. and will continue through the entire event. The SBTDC staff will ask you questions about your business, give you guidance and set appointments for you with funding sources that best fit your business’s needs and interests.

Through connections he made at the 2010 Access to Capital and Inclusive Business Community summits, Wayne Davis of EZ-Tixx was selected from a number of applicants to participate in the Inter City Capital Connections (ICCC) program and learned how to get ready to ask investors for capital. ICCC is a partnership between Bank of America and the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City (ICIC). ICCC focuses on growing inner city companies to scale.
