Charlotte-based executive search firm Preston & Partners announced today the opening of Orion Talent Solutions as an integral part of its staffing and talent solutions business. Orion Talent will offer full-service contingency search, direct hire, temporary placement and temp-to-hire services. RingCentral, Inc. (NYSE: RNG), a leading provider of cloud business phone systems, announced today the opening of its East Coast sales office in uptown Charlotte.  The company plans to hire up to 100 people in Charlotte over the next three years. Gov. Pat McCrory and North Carolina Commerce Secretary Sharon Decker announced today that Cognizant will open a new information technology delivery and operations center in Charlotte. The company, a leading Fortune 500 provider of information technology, consulting and business process services, plans to create 100 jobs in Charlotte by the end of 2018 and invest more than $1.4 million at its current 10101 Claude Freeman Drive location.
