At Exervio Management Consulting, we recognize that “change” – good, bad or otherwise – creates opportunity for improvement for us as well as our clients.

Internally, we are doubling efforts to collaborate and communicate with our employees. This is easily the most stressful and fear-filled period of our lives – similar to 9/11 with respect to the level of anxiety, but more prolonged and intense with respect to the uncertainty and potential for the impact to be felt at home. So we are leveraging our culture and the relationships we have built with our employees to support and encourage.

Externally, market conditions are forcing us to think more creatively about what we can do for our clients and how we market and sell those services. In the past two months, we have delivered consulting engagements at two new clients and are pursuing active opportunities at several more new clients primarily as a result of the innovations spawned out of “the crisis.” It is through helping our clients survive this economic downturn that Exervio Management Consulting will continue to survive and thrive.
