Priism Group Expands to Charlotte

Priism Group, a provider of warehouse and complete supply chain services, has expanded operations to Charlotte.

Priism Group recently leased all of Silverlake IV, a 106,065 sq. ft. building off Westinghouse Boulevard in southwest Charlotte. Lester Osborn and Scott Hensley of Piedmont Properties represented the company in lease negotiations. Building owner M. David Properties was represented by Pete Pittroff and Brad Cherry of Keystone Partners.

David Lancaster, Priism Group’s executive vice president, expects in coming months to hire up to 12 employees for the new Charlotte operation.

Priism Group is part of Triad Warehouse Solutions of Kernersville, North Carolina.  The group operates bulk and rack storage facilities and provides a full range of supply chain services beginning with product design and component manufacture and ending with order fulfillment, transportation management and distribution.
