Teknek USA Chooses Charlotte

Teknek, a world leader in the manufacture of equipment and solutions for the contact sheet and web cleaning sectors, has chosen Charlotte for its U.S. headquarters and operations base.  

From its U.K. headquarters and manufacturing center, Teknek has supplied the U.S. market for over 20 years with systems and devices that reduce contaminants and boost yields in a wide range of manufacturing processes. Teknek USA will now provide in-market sales and service as well as consumable production capacity.  

Teknek is currently working with Lane Holbert and Barb Jespersen of Colliers Pinkard to finalize its search for suitable office-warehouse space in Charlotte. The company will employ two at start-up and expects to hire additional staff during the coming year. David Westwood, a Teknek veteran, will serve as General Manager of the new U.S. subsidiary.
