Argix Direct Opens Distribution Center in Charlotte

Argix Direct, a logistics solution and services provider to the retail industry, has opened a new Charlotte distribution center at 1805 Center Park Drive. The privately held company has over 25 years of retail service.

The company leased 21,000 square feet of warehouse space with an option to expand by 10,000 square feet. The facility serves North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia and is an important component of the company’s long-term growth and business strategy to support customers. Major customers served by the new warehouse include Barnes and Noble, Ann Taylor and The Vitamin Shoppe among others.

The Argix Charlotte location will eventually employ 20-25 truck drivers, dock workers, warehouse workers and office employees.

Lawrence Shaw and Teddy Chapman represented the building owner in the transaction.
