Turman Commercial Painters
picks Charlotte for East Coast center

Turman Commercial Painters, the West Coast’s largest commercial painting contractor, has established an office in Charlotte to expand its coverage of the Eastern United States. The company recently leased flex space in Fordham Park on Griffith Road near the Tyvola Road exit of I-77.

Gail Roop of Ford Realty Company represented the owner of Fordham Park in lease negotiations.

Turman expects to hire three to four estimators and 40 to 50 field staff over the next 18 months. The company also plans to lease additional space in Charlotte to accommodate its growth.
