SouthEnd Home Improvement Opens in Charlotte

SouthEnd Home Improvement, a sister company of SouthEnd Exteriors, has opened an office at 101 Freeland Lane in Historic SouthEnd. The company specializes in home renovations and additions, remodeling, screened porches, decks, siding and windows in addition to many other types of home remodeling and improvement. 

SouthEnd Home Improvement’s new office is centrally located in an 18,000-square-foot building at Scaleybark Road and South Boulevard. The company currently employs nine full-time workers and plans to expand to 12-15 employees within the next three years.

Lease negotiations were handled directly between the company and the building owner.
