Southside Constructors, Inc.
Relocates Corporate Headquarters

Southside Constructors, Inc. (SCI) is pleased to announce the relocation of its corporate headquarters from Belmont to Charlotte, bringing 44 jobs to the area. Jobs include civil engineers, construction managers, accountants, administrative, marketing and real estate professionals.

Southside Constructors, Inc. (SCI) sold its Belmont facility to the Town of Belmont for conversion to Public Works/Recreation facility. SCI purchased a 12,000-square-foot building located at 2033 Cross Beam Drive and completely renovated the facility. Richard Baker of Percival McGuire represented the original owner and Polaris Properties of the Carolinas represented SCI. GE Capital/SBA handled all financing. Daniel Priest of Priest Architecture was responsible for the design and Southside Constructors, Inc. completed the renovation. Charlotte was chosen for its central location to the airport and market viability.
