Neutrik USA relocates to Charlotte
Neutrik USA, Inc., the leading provider of connectors for audio, video, data and industrial applications, has relocated from New Jersey to Charlotte. The company recently purchased 4115 Taggart Creek Road, a 25,500 sq. ft. facility that now houses Neutrik’s new U.S. headquarters, distribution center and training facilities. The building is located near the intersection of Billy Graham Parkway and Wilkinson Boulevard.
Grant Miller and Teddy Chapman of Colliers International represented Neutrik USA during purchase negotiations. Adam Eason of Trinity Partners represented the building’s owner.
Neutrik USA currently employs 15 in Charlotte and expects to add staff as U.S. sales continue to grow. The company is a subsidiary of Lichtenstein-based Neutrik AG, a premier manufacturer of connectors, receptacles, jacks, plugs and accessories for a wide range of customers in the broadcasting, music, lighting and entertainment industries. Neutrik USA has operated in the U.S. for over 22 years.
“Moving to North Carolina is a big change for all of us,” says Pete Milbery, Neutrik USA president. “We nearly doubled the size of our previous facility, and we are now in an ideal location. Because it embraces multicultural demographics, Charlotte is considered very cosmopolitan, and Neutrik is a cosmopolitan company.”
The Charlotte Chamber assisted Neutrik USA during its initial evaluation of Charlotte and provided additional support as the company and key executives relocated.
