Kelly Pipe Company expands to Charlotte,
leases 108,000-sq.-ft. warehouse

Kelly Pipe Company, which is headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, CA, recently leased approximately 108,000 sq. ft. of warehouse and office space at 9925 Brookford Street in Charlotte. This new location enhances Kelly’s goal to distribute carbon steel pipe as a master distributor to its wholesale customers throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic region. This expansion created five new jobs for Mecklenburg County.

Kelly Pipe Company has sales offices throughout the country and is nationally recognized as a master distributor of line pipe, standard pipe and seamless. Kelly Pipe supports the oil and gas sector through its OCTG Division, and also provides pipe to the renewable energy, geothermal and solar sectors.

Kelly distributes both domestic and imported carbon steel pipe in a variety of sizes, weights and grades from prominent mills around the world.

Joe Wilkinson of NAI Southern Real Estate represented the building and Robby Kirby of Merrifield Patrick Vermillion represented Kelly Pipe and lease negotiations.

The Charlotte Chamber assisted Kelly Pipe with expansion planning.
