Greenspring Energy LLC expands to Charlotte, expects to add 20 jobs

 Greenspring Energy LLC, a solar energy systems and innovative energy saving products and services provider, has established a third location in Charlotte. The firm leased 2550 sq. ft. at 4324 Barringer Drive. Greenspring Energy expects to hire 20 people over the next 24 to 36 months.

Greenspring Energy was established in 2007 and is headquartered in Baltimore. The company covers a wide area of the Mid-Atlantic region for installations and services, including Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and Virginia. Greenspring Energy LLC is an authorized provider of top quality of solar electric and solar hot water systems, tankless water heaters, energy-efficient lighting, day lighting systems, solar attic fans and other energy saving products.

““As the solar industry advances, Charlotte is a central location that will allow Greenspring Energy to serve home and business owners in both North and South Carolina,” notes Jay Radcliffe, Regional President of Greenspring Energy.

Rob Speir of Keystone Partners represented the Landlord. Mark J. Mayfield of Sperry Van Ness represented Greenspring Energy LLC with site selection and lease negotiations.
