Regus expands, adds center in north Charlotte

Regus, the world’s largest provider of flexible workplaces, has opened a new center in Perimeter Woods Business Park in north Charlotte.

The company recently leased 12,651 sq. ft. at 10130 Perimeter Parkway just off Exit 18 on I-77 north. Brian Brtalik represented Regus, and Charles Jonas of Trinity Partners represented the building owner in lease negotiations.

U.K.-based Regus operates in 89 countries and specializes in providing fully equipped offices, professional meeting rooms, video communication services and business lounges. The Perimeter Woods operation is Regus’ sixth in Charlotte and will add three jobs to the company’s local base.

“Interest in our services, particularly in Charlotte, continues to be robust,” said Donna Scott, Regus’ East Region Vice President.
