iQor Charlotte adds 40 bilingual jobs

iQor, a global technology and services company, plans immediately to add 40 bilingual (English/Spanish) jobs in its Charlotte facility. The company operates 38 Centers of Excellence in eight countries and four continents. Currently, it employs over 1,000 employees in Charlotte and 14,000 employees worldwide.

iQor provides business process outsourcing to blue-chip customers for the entire customer lifecycle, from collections to account receivables management and customer retention services. The company serves clients in a range of industries, including financial services, utilities, telecommunications and government. Information Week recently ranked iQor as the 27th most innovative company in America in recognition of its innovations in cloud computing and web applications.

This expansion project was referred by the Charlotte Chamber’s BusinessFirst Charlotte business retention and expansion program.
