Under the leadership of Chairman Frank Emory, 2012 is the year of Outrageous Aspirations for the Charlotte Chamber. We would like to embody the excitement, ambition and inspiration implied in this theme at our key events for the year. We are looking for partners with the expertise, creativity and resources to bring WOW elements to some of our most prestigious and well-attended events. Targeted events include: summits (200+ attendees), chapter meeting series (seven meetings, up to 500+ attendees combined), the Annual Retreat (140 Board of Advisors attendees) and the Annual Meeting (1800+ attendees).

What WOW Partners will do: Expose a targeted audience of businessmen and women to the capabilities of your company. Surprise them with new technology, unique formats, entertainment elements or mind-blowing sets. Use the opportunity to put your business and your capabilities on stage in front of a sought after audience of business decision-makers.

WOW partners will work one-on-one with chamber staff to integrate surprising and impressive elements into the format of the event. All services, equipment, etc. will be provided to the chamber at no charge.

What WOW Partners will get:

• Company logo/link on WOW Partners webpage, which will include video and photographs from all events with WOW factors.
• Logo on signage at event with recognition as the event’s WOW Partner(s).
• Acknowledgement from the podium at the event as the Wow Partner(s).
• Recognition in article/video on event distributed through At the Charlotte Chamber, a weekly email distributed to 30,000+.
• Opportunity to distribute information about your WOW factor at event.
• Mention in social media regarding WOW element. Social media outlets include Twitter (6,000+), Facebook (2,000+) and Linked In (1,600+).
• Invitation to attend and recognition at the November Board of Advisors meeting, which is attended by 200+ of the chamber’s largest members.
