PixelAtoms, LLC, a creative digital media agency, plans to double its permanent employee base in Charlotte in the next three years. The company will focus on post-production talent in the areas of 3D modeling, scripting and animation. The company works at the nexus of audio/visual excellence, combining the application and creation of innovative technology with collective talent and creativity to fully realize clients’ visions in motion and print media, commercials, animation, visual effects, music videos and film. The firm’s founder and CEO, Ting Li, born in Guangzhou, China, is a proud Asian-American female business owner and active member of the Asian American Chamber of Commerce.
“Charlotte hosts an engaging and vibrant international business community with powerful advocates for entrepreneurship and minority businesses,” says Ting. “The city is easily accessible, and its convenient international airport hub makes it an ideal location for our operational base. Our projects take us all over the world. PixelAtoms is a creatively-driven, independent production agency that seeks an environment where our talents can innovate, grow and contribute. We look forward to growing as a member of the Charlotte business community and helping other businesses grow through our services.”
The Charlotte Chamber assisted PixelAtoms with its expansion following start-up. PixelAtoms’ productions have been broadcast nationally and internationally on network television and on the web. They serve clients such as Adidas, Ben & Jerry’s, Warner Music Group, Razor and Tie, and Alan Gordon Immigration Law.
