German Recruiting Firm Forms Alliance
with Waldthausen & Associates

Hamburg-based GET AHEAD AG, a well known German recruiting firm, has established its first North American subsidiary in Charlotte. 

GET AHEAD LLC and Charlotte-based Waldthausen & Associates, Inc. have formed a financial and strategic alliance under the name “German-American-Recruitment.com.” Daniel Feldkamp, GET AHEAD’s senior consultant in Hamburg, recently relocated to Charlotte and set up his company’s U.S. operation in the South End offices of Waldthausen & Associates.

German-American-Recruitment.com brings a transatlantic focus to the recruiting needs of European companies with North American subsidiaries and U.S. companies with operations in Europe.  GET AHEAD’s strength in recruiting candidates for middle management and highly technical positions will augment Waldthausen’s experience in finding top-level executives for German, Austrian and Swiss companies in the U.S.
