Charlotte Chamber Diversity and Talent Development Fund
The Diversity and Talent Development Fund supports the Charlotte Chamber’s work in promoting diversity and inclusion in the Charlotte business community and developing diverse talent as a competitive advantage for Charlotte’s economy. The desired outcome of Diversity and Talent Development Fund initiatives is to cultivate diverse membership and participation in the Charlotte Chamber and engagement in the broader business community. The fund’s portfolio of programs includes Emerging Business Leaders, Charlotte Chamber Young Professionals and Power of Women.

Emerging Business Leaders
Emerging Business Leaders (EBL) is a talent development program designed to enhance the leadership competencies of high-potential, diverse professionals who will ultimately create competitive advantage for Charlotte’s workforce and economy. Read more >>
