Women Who Lead in Charlotte: Breaking the Glass Ceiling
Registration for this event is now Closed. Walk-ins will be accommodated based on availability.
In recent times, “Girl Power” has been a prominent fixture in our society with platforms designed to celebrate and encourage the empowerment of women, particularly in the workplace. However, for many professional women, the “Glass Ceiling,” a term that dates back to the 1980’s and loosely defined as “a barrier to advancement to the upper level of management”, still exists.
Join our Power of Women panel discussion as we learn more about some of the very prominent and motivational women that are leaders in the Charlotte community, their challenges and successful outcomes, and what they envision in terms of what is needed to ensure success for our women leaders of the future.
