Where do I find information about Charlotte Chamber membership?
Information about the different membership levels and benefits is available here. Fill out this form to have one of our membership associates contact you to answer additional questions you may have or to help you develop a plan for getting a return on your membership investment.
How do I get involved in the Charlotte Chamber?
First, become a member. Assuming that is done, getting involved with your home chapter is the easiest way to get involved and begin networking with other business professionals in your business neighborhood. Each chapter has monthly networking events as well as committees for which you can volunteer.
Also plan to attend the next quarterly Member Orientation. They are held in February, May, August and November. Check the events calender for further details.
Where can I get a Chamber logo to place on my Web site and business card to show that I'm a member?
Log into our secure site here using the same user ID and password you use to register for events. Once logged in you will see a "Member Chamber Logo" link on the left. Click on that link and follow the instructions on the page.

How can I promote my company through the Chamber?
We offer several ways to promote your company.
- As with so many things, you, your employees and the relationships you forge with other business professionals are the best way to promote your company and your expertise. Get involved, get your employees involved and network to achieve maximum results from your membership.
- Promote your events to other members to the general public through the Member-to-Member Calendar. Anyone can see the calendar, but only members can post events to it.
- Publish news about your company to our online Member News room by sending news releases to firstname.lastname@example.org. (Please allow 10 business days for the post to become active.)
- You can post company news, events and coupons on our mobile app. For details, contact Audrey Rowe at email@example.com.
How do I sign up to receive various newsletters and invitations?
How do I get my user name and password?
If you are at the member login screen and have forgotten your user name and password, click Forgot Your Password to have the information e-mailed to you. If you still have trouble, contact at 704.378.1337.
How do I sign up for an event online?
First, visit our Events Calendar. Click on the name of the event you wish to attend. That will bring you to a screen that shows further detail about the event. For most events, you will click on the "Event Registration" link at the top of the page. You will need your user name and password to proceed with registration. Note that some of our signature events require a hard ticket. Those events will have a note that directs you to a separate ticket purchasing site.
How do I find out if my company is a member of the Charlotte Chamber?
Visit our online Member Directory and type the name of your company into the appropriate search field.
