2017 Economic Outlook Conference: Economic Opportunity Panel Discussion
More than 500 people attended the Charlotte Chamber’s 2017 Economic Outlook Conference Monday, Dec. 11. This year’s event featured panel discussions with influential civic and business leaders. Newly appointed Chamber Chair Kendall Alley moderated the first conversation focused on economic opportunity. Panelists included Dena Diorio, Mecklenburg County Manager; James Ford, Public School Forum of NC; Chief Kerr Putney, CMPD; Andrea Smith, Bank of America; and CMS Supt. Clayton Wilcox.

Economic Growth was the focus of the second panel discussion led by Frank Emory, chair of the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina.
